Welcome to the registration page for the upcoming Ireland for Law Business Mission to New York City, which takes place from Tuesday, 8th - Thursday, 10th September.

I invite you to sign up for one or all of our eight events across Manhattan. Whether you will join our delegation travelling from Ireland or are New York/USA-based and want to learn more about how using Irish law and Irish legal services can help your business, I look forward to meeting you.

About the Mission

Taking place from the afternoon of Tuesday, 8th September to the evening of Thursday, 10th September 2026, the itinerary for this mission is exceptionally strong, comprising eight dedicated events across three days.

Our hosts across Manhattan include BDO USA, Forward Global, Dechert LLP, and Fordham University School of Law. We are currently building our panels, and speakers will include:

• Anne Anderson, Former Irish Ambassador to the US

• Sven Stumbauer, Forward Global

• Several prominent NYC and Irish lawyers, alongside distinguished members of the judiciary.

This mission represents a collective effort to grow the entire Irish legal market, and success in New York will ultimately be to the shared benefit of all our leading firms. To achieve this, we need to work together as a jurisdiction. This is a moment for our leading firms to 'don the green jersey' and collectively showcase the sheer depth and capability of the Irish legal profession on the world stage.

Rossa Fanning SC, Attorney General of Ireland will lead the group throughout the three days. Our group will include:​

• Minister Catherine Ardagh TD, Minister of State at the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration;

• The Hon. Mr. Justice David Barniville, President of the High Court of Ireland;

• Several members of the Bar of Ireland and leading law firm partners.

Please Note: To ensure your place at specific sessions, it is necessary to register separately for each individual event you wish to attend. Spaces for certain venues are limited. 

Delegation Accommodation

We have secured a preferential group rate for the delegation at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central Hotel, where we expect most of the Irish delegates will be staying.

To maintain the integrity of our block booking, full booking details and access to this favourable rate will be made available immediately upon completing your registration for the mission events.
