David Walsh

With over 16 years of experience, David advises on the establishment, authorisation, operation and maintenance of Irish-regulated UCITS funds and open and closed-ended Alternative Investment Funds. Based in the Dillon Eustace New York office, he advises large US asset managers and their onshore legal advisers on their Irish-domiciled funds.

David advises clients on a wide range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters, representing asset managers, investment funds, management companies and their service providers. David focuses his practice on the structuring and establishment of all types of investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS, as well as related ongoing compliance work including ESG related matters (Disclosure Regulation and Taxonomy).

His international experience includes secondments to US and French asset management clients in London and Paris.
