Frank Rossi
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer of the American Arbitration Association®–International Centre for Dispute Resolution®
Frank Rossi is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer of the American Arbitration Association®–International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (AAA-ICDR®), one of the world’s leading providers of alternative dispute resolution services.
Mr. Rossi has more than three decades of leadership experience with AAA-ICDR. He has played a significant role in the organization’s operational, financial, and strategic development during a period of substantial institutional growth and modernization. He oversees enterprise operations, organizational strategy, business development, and revenue initiatives supporting domestic and international arbitration and mediation services globally.
Before assuming his current role, Mr. Rossi served for more than 20 years as SVP and Chief Financial Officer of AAA-ICDR, with varying periods of executive responsibility for finance, technology, human resources, internal audit, facilities, insurance operations, and enterprise administration. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to modernizing dispute resolution operations and advancing technology-enabled ADR systems across the organization.
Mr. Rossi has been actively involved in initiatives relating to digital dispute resolution, online case administration, AI-enabled technologies, and organizational innovation within the ADR sector. He also serves in leadership and advisory capacities across AAA-ICDR governance initiatives, serves on the Board of AAA-ICDR Ltd (Singapore) and the AAA-ICDR Foundation, and previously served on the Board of the International Mediation Institute. He was a member of the AAA-ICDR team that worked to develop and launch the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR), oversaw the design and launch of the New York International Arbitration Center’s (NYIAC) hearing facilities housed within AAA-ICDR’s New York offices, and managed the NYIAC relationship during the eight-year shared space arrangement. He was a member of the Bid Committee for AAA-ICDR’s successful bid for the ICCA 2028 Congress (along with California Arbitration) and is a Co-Chair of the ICCA 2028 Congress Host Committee.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Rossi is based in New York, New York, and maintains dual citizenship in the United States and Italy.
