Helen Naves

Helen Naves is a corporate, banking, and finance lawyer based in São Paulo, dually qualified in Brazil and New York State. With over two decades of experience advising multinational financial institutions and leading law firms, her practice spans banking regulations, finance transactions, capital markets, and the structuring of complex financial instruments.

Ms. Naves is Senior Vice-Chair of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) International Section and Co-President of the Brazil Chapter of the Fordham Law Alumni. A committed advocate for diversity and inclusion, she has championed career development opportunities for female lawyers since 2009. She holds an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law and a Master's in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo.
