Imogen McGrath SC

Imogen McGrath SC is a Senior Counsel at The Bar of Ireland, practising from the Law Library in Dublin. She was called to the Junior Bar in 2003 and appointed Senior Counsel in 2022.

Imogen holds an LLB (ling. franc.) and an M.Litt. She is accredited as a mediator by CEDR and is also called to the Bar of England and Wales and to the Bar of the State of New York. She works in French.

Imogen's practice focuses on commercial and chancery work, with specialisations in banking, finance and securities, insolvency, competition law, data protection, insurance, and public procurement. She is a Committee Member of the Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland and of the EU Bar Association.
